FIDI Board
The FIDI Board is FIDI’s main governing body. Members of the Board are screened by the Nominating Committee and are subject to election rules contained in the FIDI Statutes. Every two years, at the annual FIDI conference, the proposed nominees are presented to the General Assembly, which then votes to instate the Board as a whole.

FIDI Committees
The FIDI Board is seconded by a number of Committees which provide advisory support in specific areas related to the governance of the Federation.
Finance, Administration & Technology Committee
FIDI Office
The FIDI Board appoints the Secretary-General to lead the FIDI Office. The FIDI Office is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Federation.
