Conference Registration FAQ

<p><strong>Q</strong> <strong>&ndash; I am trying to access different sections of the FIDI Conference 2013 website, but I can&#39;t access them. Can you help me?</strong><br />
A &ndash; The conference pages of the FIDI website are only visible to FIDI members who have been recorded in the FIDI Database. In order to register yourself, please go to the &ldquo;My FIDI Data&rdquo; page on the FIDI website, and select &ldquo;register new user&rdquo;. From there, please follow the instructions. You with then shortly afterwards receive a log in and password.</p>
<p><strong>Q</strong> - <strong>How much does it cost to register 1 person for the annual FIDI conference?</strong><br />

<p><strong>Q</strong> <strong>- I have participated in 2 LiM Seminars, am I also entitled to the discount?</strong><br />
A &ndash; Unfortunately not, the FIDI Academy EIM/MIM Student rebate is for only eligible to those who have attended an EIM and/or MIM <u>in the last three years (2010/2011/2012) </u></p>
<p><strong>Q</strong> - <strong>I do not seem to have received the personalized invite to register per e-mail, what should I do to register?</strong><br />
A &ndash; If you have not received the personalized email inviting you to register to the conference, please contact <a href=""></a>.</p>
<p><strong>Q &ndash; When will we receive our registration confirmation email?</strong><br />
A &ndash; The Conference registration email is being sent by FIDI upon confirmation that the online payment by credit card has been accepted.&nbsp; You will then receive an email confirming your registration and related invoice for your file. Do note that settlement of your company 2013 FIDI membership invoice is a pre-requisite for attending the FIDI Annual Conference (See the Conference Attendance regulations as published on the FIDI website).</p>
<p><strong>Q - How can I get a visa invitation letter?</strong><br />
A &ndash; When registering for the conference, you will be asked whether you require a Visa Letter. If you require the letter, please select &ldquo;yes&rdquo;. The FIDI Office will be informed, and you will receive the letter attached to your confirmation email.</p>
<p><strong>Q - I have registered for the Conference but I forgot to request the visa letter?</strong><br />
A &ndash; Not to panic, you can go back into your registration, by using the unique registration <u>code </u>you received (please see the email confirming your pending registration or your approved registration)to confirm your registration. &nbsp;In this email, you will be given a link to access your registration information (&ldquo;personal intranet&rdquo;). There, you can &ldquo;Modify&rdquo; your registration, and proceed to request the Visa Letter.</p>
<p><strong>Q</strong> <strong>&ndash; I&rsquo;m interested in joining the FIDI-35 Club in order to be entitled to register for its annula conference. How can I become a member of the FIDI-35 Club?</strong></p>
<p>A &ndash; There are two ways in which you can register to join the FIDI-35 Club:</p>
<p>1) Either through the FIDI website, in the &ldquo;my FIDI data&rdquo; section, you can request to join or</p>
<p>2) You are welcome to email <a href=""></a> requesting your interest in joining the FIDI-35 Club and we will revert back to you will all relevant and necessary information.</p>
<p><strong>Q</strong> <strong>&ndash; Am I eligible for the FIDI-35 Club Rebate on the FIDI Conference registration fee?</strong><br />
A &ndash; All FIDI-35 Club members are eligible for the registration rate rebate under the two following conditions: (1) the FIDI-35 Club annual membership fees have been settled and (2) they are registering for the FIDI-35 Club Annual Conference.</p>
<p><strong>Q</strong> - <strong>What do you mean by a &ldquo;Social Delegate&rdquo; participant?</strong><br />
A &ndash; A social delegate is a Non-industry attendee. <em>Non-Industry attendees</em>, like spouses, partners, relatives, children and FIDI veterans of the above are welcome to attend provided they are not associated with a non-affiliated business involved in and/or active in the household goods and personal effects transportation and/or relocation industry. <p><strong>Q</strong> - <strong>I registered however cannot attend. What should I do? Can I get replaced?</strong><br />
A &ndash; You can at any time request the Conference Team for a replacement by someone else from your company. You will need to inform the Conference team and receive their approval at <a href=""></a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Q &ndash; As an applicant to join the FIDI Global Alliance, are we allowed to participate in the FIDI 2013 Annual Conference?</strong><br />
A &ndash; Applicants are not allowed to attend the FIDI Annual conference.</p>
