Gender parity and diversity has become a very hot topic in 2019 and 2020, with voices all over the world demanding things to change in politics and businesses. In this report, the FIDI 39 Club - in close cooperation with Göttingen University and FIDI Focus - take a close look into how the international moving industry in general, and the FIDI membership in particular, positions itself with regards to these issues.
