Academy Career Paths

The FIDI Academy has developed the Career Paths programme, specific to the relocation industry. It is a qualification that provides employees with the opportunity to become a recognised specialist in their fields. Each career path is a comprehensive program of seminars, webinars, and online courses that culminates in a FIDI Academy Specialist Certification — an achievement that employees can proudly promote and that comes complete with post-nominal letters, and a bespoke logo, to show the industry their expertise.

Career Points for companies

In accordance with the FAIM requirements and in order to promote the development of the employees within the industry, FIDI is keen to reward companies for their support in driving and promoting industry knowledge amongst their employees. Companies will be awarded a certain number of points.

There are three different Company Supporter Levels:

  • FIDI Academy Commitment to Excellence Gold Award: Min. 10,000 Career Points (all learning formats)

Companies reaching Gold Stage in 2023 will get 5% discount on next year seminar registrations.

  • FIDI Academy Commitment to Excellence Platinum Award: Min. 10,500 Career Points + 2 seminars

Companies reaching Platinum Stage in 2023 will get 10% discount on next year seminar registrations.

  • FIDI Academy Commitment to Excellence Diamond Award: Min. 20,000 Career Points + 5 seminars

Companies reaching Diamond Stage in 2023 will get 15% discount on next year seminar registrations.
* Company points are granted per calendar year (Jan-Dec)
* The date of the event will be taken into consideration (not the date of registration)
* If the individual leaves the company between attendance and diploma (for example, during the MiM), the individual gets the points as stated and the company that paid for the course receives the diploma points.
* There is no impact on company points when an individual leaves the company

In addition, do not forget that the degrees and certificates you and your company obtain can and should be put on your business cards, your email signatures and anywhere else you would wish to show them off!

  • PDT 750
  • EiM seminar participation 500
  • EiM seminar participation + diploma 1000
  • DSP seminar participation 500
  • DSP seminar participation + diploma 1000
  • MiM seminar participation 500
  • MIM seminar participation + diploma 1000
  • LIM Forum participation 800
  • Online "Foundations IM" - 6 modules 500
  • Online "Int'l Packers Training" 1000 (new as from 1 January 2023)
  • Online DSP Fundamentals 200
  • Online EU GDPR 200
  • Compliance Requirements training 200

  • QHSE (Quality, Health, Security & Environment) 200

  • 39 Club Conference participation 500
