The FIDI Academy has developed a Career Points system that recognises and rewards individuals and companies that promote industry knowledge.

Individual Career Points section

After completing various FIDI Academy courses, you will be awarded a certain number of Career Points. These points will allow you to measure yourself against others in the industry and will help you find your Career Point peers. In addition, they can also help you sketch out your professional progress and will lead to a Career Degree. It is essential that you promote your Career Degree, as this will certify that you have obtained the required educational standards in the international moving and relocation industry.

There are three different Individual Career Degrees available:

• FIDI Academy Certified Bronze Graduate: +50 Career Points

• FIDI Academy Certified Silver Graduate: +1,000 Career Points

• FIDI Academy Certified Gold Graduate: +2,500 Career Points

* Individual points are cumulated and are kept by the employee when they leave a company

Career Points for companies (New rules and discount scheme applicable as of 2023)

In accordance with the FAIM requirements and in order to promote the development of the employees within the industry, FIDI is keen to reward companies for their support in driving and promoting industry knowledge amongst their employees. Companies will be awarded a certain number of points.

There are three different Company Supporter Levels:

• FIDI Academy Commitment to Excellence Gold Award: Min. 10,000 Career Points (all learning formats)

Companies reaching Gold Stage in 2023 will get 5% discount on next year seminar registrations.

• FIDI Academy Commitment to Excellence Platinum Award: Min. 10,500 Career Points + 2 seminars

Companies reaching Platinum Stage in 2023 will get 10% discount on next year seminar registrations.

• FIDI Academy Commitment to Excellence Diamond Award: Min. 20,000 Career Points + 5 seminars

Companies reaching Diamond Stage in 2023 will get 15% discount on next year seminar registrations.
* Company points are granted per calendar year (Jan-Dec)
* The date of the event will be taken into consideration (not the date of registration)
* If the individual leaves the company between attendance and diploma (for example, during the MiM), the individual gets the points as stated and the company that paid for the course receives the diploma points.
* There is no impact on company points when an individual leaves the company

In addition, do not forget that the degrees and certificates you and your company obtain can and should be put on your business cards, your email signatures and anywhere else you would wish to show them off!
