Brytor International Moving acquires Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving

We are proud to announce that IMS Moving Network, in collaboration with Brytor International Moving LLC, the leading international moving service provider in Canada, has acquired the international and interstate moving companies Formula Global Mobility LLC and Granero Moving LLC based in Florida.
IMS - Brytor, which has 8 office locations in Canada, will significantly expand its presence in North America through the acquisition and offer customers a wider range of international and cross-border moving and storage services.

Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving have a very good reputation in Florida so they will continue to communicate on their current name. Robson Granero will assume the role of Branch Manager of the Florida-based business and will continue to work with his current teams.
This acquisition is based on the sharing of expertise in their respective markets between the United States and Canada. Following its recent opening of a Florida office in Fort Lauderdale, Brytor is stepping up its presence in South Florida with these acquisitions.
Brytor will benefit from Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving's expertise in international moves from Florida and their historical know-how with the Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets such as Brazil, Portugal, and Spain. Formula Global Mobility and Granero Moving will benefit from the expertise of the Canadian and Quebec market of Brytor as well as an openness to French-speaking countries. The companies will be able to intensify their cross-border moving offers and their international shipments.
