Kazakhstan: important disruptions due to political unrest

As informed by our FIDI colleagues in Kazakhstan, Globalink, the current protests and unrest in the country are heavily disrupting everyday life and business. As a safety measure, the government has declared a state of emergency in a few major cities starting from 5 to 19 January 2022. All services, including the Internet, are heavily disrupted.
