The FIDI-DSP Certification was launched in early 2019, first as an optional module of the FIDI-FAIM Compliance Procedure. This certification is now also open to "pure" DSP companies. The FIDI Affiliated Head Office owns % of the DSP Entity
Has the DSP entity continuously operated in DSP services for at least the last 2 years?
Has the DSP entity performed a minimum of 15 DSP files per year, covering at least one core service per file?

The five core DSP services are:
1. Orientation
2. Home search
3. School search
4. Settling-in
5. Departure services

Does the DSP entity have an appropriate and adequate insurance cover in place ensuring that the following insurance requirements are being met (^^)
  • Contractual liability insurance to protect the DSP Entity against any claim for negligence in respect of services offered by the DSP Entity.
  • Cover in respect of public/civil liability to meet any claim (e.g. damage to and/or loss of property, death or injury to a third party etc.) to provide protection where the DSP Entity is proven negligent by any party for any and all risks. 
Does the DSP entity acknowledge the FIDI Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Charter (FIDI ABC Charter) (^^)?
Does the DSP entity acknowledge the FIDI Anti-Trust Charter (FIDI ATC) (^^)?
Will the DSP entity implement the process of conducting yearly Internal DSP Audits to assess and determine if the DSP entity is working aligned with up-to-date FIDI DSP Certification requirements?

(^^) Only applicable when the DSP services are being offered under a different legal or branding entity as the FIDI Affiliate applying for DSP certification.
