Argentina customs retroactively adds duties and taxes to exports from 1 February 2021

Argentine Customs has decided, retroactively, to Feb 1st, 2021, to impose payment of duties and taxes to all exports of household goods and personal effects. The tax is 12% on appraised value by customs. More details will be made available in the coming weeks during the enforcement of this new rule.
