BCC Logistics: Beirut Port Explosion

On Thursday, 6 August, BCC Logistics released the following statement regarding their operations in Beirut, Lebanon:

Further to the tragic explosion that occurred in Beirut Port, we are glad to inform you that all BCC family is safe and no casualties among us.

BCC warehouse at the Sea Port Free Zone have been severely damaged, while our main offices and other warehouses have been slightly affectedOur operation will be affected, skeleton staff on duty and the others working remotely. 

Beirut Airport is working normally but delays are expected in customs clearance till end of this week. BEY Port on total shut down for the time being as investigations are taking place. Tripoli Port is an alternative, please consult with shipping lines as some are already calling Tripoli Port such as CMA and others might follow.
