Mark Agnew was woken by a deep guttural growl. A polar bear was trying to get into his tent. Now, he builds resilient leaders that embrace change by focusing on camaraderie.
Mark and his teammates made history when they kayaked the Arctic's Northwest Passage. The 103-expedition was packed with bears, ice bergs and near-death experiences. The constant changing ice and weather forced Mark to deal with change on a daily-basis. He formed his signature Find Your Polar Bear framework to build resilience through change to thrive throughout the adventure.
Their success earned Mark the title European Adventurer of the Year, two World Records and he wrote a bestselling book There Will Be Headwinds.
