FIDI's seminars are fundamental in any Affiliate's career within the FIDI community. Many long-term members hold fond memories of their experiences as EiM and MiM students, stating that these seminars helped them gain valuable industry knowledge, but even more importantly forge long-lasting business relationships and make international friends.

Masters in Moving & Mobility (MiM²) **Virtual**

MiM² virtual model 2020

The FIDI Academy is proud to offer its successful MiM² seminar in a virtual format. The topics covered are the same as the on-site MiM² seminar. Below, you'll find the content, dates and timing of the sessions available. You can sign up one or more employees for all sessions or just a few sessions “A la carte”.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Priority will be given to those signing up for the full course

Prerequisites:

  • Participants must be proficient in English
  • Participants must have at least six months of international moving experience

Masters in Moving & Mobility (MiM²)

  • Understand business strategies while operating in Global Mobility industry
  • Learn and practice how to overcome managerial challenges and deal with conflict situations
  • Thorough understanding of innovative management techniques (People, finances, Accounts, projects, processes, team effectiveness, communication, strategy, etc.)
  • FAIM Awareness (quality management, how to sell your FAIM quality label to your end customers, how to be compliant and mitigate the risks for your company)
  • Exchange of management best practices
  • Intensive networking with international moving and relocation companies
  • One to one coaching on a project selected by the company and the student

Leaders in International Moving Forum (LiM)

Establishing a forum where relocation executives and managers can exchange creative solutions to pressing industry or business challenges, in combination with personal development on specific topics.

Methodology:

  • Internationally renowned experts will help participants to more effectively lead international relocation and moving businesses.
  • Successful industry experts will work with the participants on real life case studies, submitted beforehand by participants, to identify effective solutions to their specific challenges.
