LiM (Leaders in International Moving) Forum

Establishing a forum where relocation executives and managers can exchange creative solutions to pressing industry or business challenges, in combination with personal development on specific topics.

Methodology:

  • Internationally renowned experts will help participants to lead international relocation and moving businesses more effectively
  • Successful industry experts will work with the participants on real life case studies, submitted beforehand by participants, to identify effective solutions to their specific challenges
  • Round table discussions on industry trends and best practices
  • Outdoor activities will help participants discover their leadership strengths and weaknesses
  • Career points: Attendance = 800 points

Pre-requisites:

  • Participants must be proficient in English
  • Participants must have a relevant industry experience at senior or executive level
  • Participants must be MiM² graduates, or equivalent 5 years management experience at senior level

FIDI's seminars are fundamental in any Affiliate's career within the FIDI community. Target audience: Move coordinators, surveyors, sales, newcomers in our industry or anyone involved in HHGs moving.

This is a comprehensive, very practical programme. In about 45 hours, the students cover all aspects of the international move process, and receive a certification at the end.
