FIDI 39 Club
The FIDI 39 Club is the club of the next generation of leaders in the moving and relocation industry. Open to young professionals working for a FIDI affiliated company and under the age of 40, the FIDI 39 Club creates an exclusive environment to connect, to share and to learn between peers - and to forge relationships that last a lifetime.
Today, the FIDI 39 Club counts more than a hundred active members, meeting several times per year for a varied range of activities:
- Leadership workshops
- Networking events
- Sports activities
- Industry topic presentations
Our commitment
International moving is a complex business. You don't only need to know the countless rules and ins and outs, but also the right people. With the FIDI 39 Club, we aim to empower young professionals to become successful industry leaders.
We forge friendships, promote trust, and spread knowledge to grow as a collective. After all, it is only through the success of our members that we at FIDI can demonstrate true value.
We also believe that we, the young generation and future leaders of the international moving industry, have what it takes to accompany our businesses and industry into the future. The FIDI 39 Club provides the platform to share and develop ideas with peers, and to present and develop projects that can change our industry.

FIDI 39 Club scholarship
Every year, the FIDI 39 Club allows one deserving FIDI member to attend the FIDI Conference, all expenses paid*. The lucky person has to be under 40 years old, work for a FIDI affiliated company and prove that they are actively involved in their local community (for example organizing and/or participating in a charity project) or within their company (for example demonstrating a leadership role, participating in a mentorship programme, etc.).
FIDI Future mentorship programme
As the FIDI community, it is our responsibility to attract, retain, and promote the growth of our younger and upcoming talent. This is the goal of the FIDI Future Mentorship Programme, powered by the FIDI 39 Club.
The goal of FIDI Future is to provide a neutral environment for the young professionals of our industry to receive coaching and guidance from experienced members of the FIDI community outside of their individual companies.
